This 15‑minute appointment is for dropping off your device and securing dedicated technician time to begin the diagnostic process. After drop‑off, our technicians conduct a comprehensive hardware and software assessment to identify any issues affecting your device. Once the diagnosis is complete, you will receive a clear explanation of the findings along with a detailed repair quote. The $75 diagnosis fee is paid at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with the recommended repairs. If you choose not to proceed, the diagnosis fee is non‑refundable.
