Definitely 5 Stars!! Shane was exceedingly helpful and amazingly knowledgeable. My computer had been heavily impacted by the activities of a scammer (eventhough I had been runnning a recognised brand anti-virus software). Shane spent many hours removing all traces of malware that had been planted in amongst my files, cleaned up my drives and suggested anti-virus software that would not have allowed the malware into my laptop. He was very curteous and had my computer ready for collection the afternoon of the next day. I have nothing but praise for this man, and very, very highly recommend his services Many thanks Shane.
