Shane diagnosed fairly quickly the issues and was able to save my drive long enough to collect all the data without extreme data recovery costs. Got me up and running in a couple of days, very happy with the service.

Definitely 5 Stars!! Shane was exceedingly helpful and amazingly knowledgeable. My computer had been heavily impacted by the activities of a scammer (eventhough I had been runnning a recognised brand anti-virus software). Shane spent many hours removing all traces of malware that had been planted in amongst my files, cleaned up my drives and suggested anti-virus software that would not have allowed the malware into my laptop. He was very curteous and had my computer ready for collection the afternoon of the next day. I have nothing but praise for this man, and very, very highly recommend his services Many thanks Shane. My expansion portable drive lost all power, Shane repaired this within 24 hours. Great service, expert advice, explained all options on repair and advised additional options for use on pickup, which I found extremely helpful. Price for repair was cheaper than expected.
